Shipping Information
Thank you for giving attention to the following information concerning the processing of your order.
(1) Once we received your order, we will check availability of the product and calculate the actual shipping cost.
(2) We will send an order confirmation via e-mail indicating the total cost and asking for your credit card information or other forms of payment.
(3) After receipt of payment, your order will be shipped out of the Vitra Design Museum warehouse located on our museum site in Weil am Rhein/Germany. Our team does its best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most products are on stock and will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.
(4) All orders weighing less than 31 kgs will be shipped by Deutsche Post/DHL.
For overweight shipments we will contact you in order to arrange the shipment individually.
(2) Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
(3) Please allow the following delivery times for in-stock items. Please note that customs clearance and security checks might increase delivery times considerably.
