Shipping Information
Thank you for giving attention to the following information concerning the processing of your order.
(1) Once we received your order, we will check availability of the product.
(2) We will send a confirmation of order by e-mail in which we will list the total costs but without turnover tax on imports and customs duties, if any.
(3) Your order will be shipped out of the Vitra Design Museum warehouse in Neuenburg/Germany. Our team does its best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most products are on stock and will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
(2) Please note that any additional costs and charges such as turnover tax on imports and custom duties for the shipment of goods passing through customs will be added. These additional costs and charges are also to be paid by recipient.
(3) Please allow the following delivery times for in-stock items. Please note that customs clearance and security checks might increase delivery times considerably.
